Hi there!

There is a spare room going as I am moving out but I am helping the current flatmate find someone. His name is Sai and he is a professional who is tidy, friendly and very easy to get along with. He works a lot and in his spare time he loves to cook and watch films.

He is looking for a professional/student who is clean, considerate and also easy to get along with.

The available room is a cosy single bedroom that comes furnished. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are all shared. There is a communal back garden.

Students are welcome to apply but the council tax will remain as part of the bills unfortunately. Please note that there is no Wifi currently available in the flat but a new tenant is welcome to set up a broadband contract if they wish.

The flat is located next to Saughton Park, Water of Leith and is a 10 minute walk away from Murrayfield Stadium.

There is a tram stop located a 5 minute walk away and there are regular buses nearby for the 1, 2, 22 and 38 routes. A 10/15min walk will also take you to the 3, 12, 25, 26, X27, X28, 30, 31, 33, Skylink 100 routes as well as some of their nightbus equivalents.
