Hello! I'm subletting my bedroom, in our very lovely Leith Walk flat from start of April until end of July. Really good location, right by a tram and bus stop, with bedroom facing out to our big garden so really quiet. Parks and supermarkets all in walking distance. Have also decorated the flat very funky so you'll be blessed with a sunny window seat, large living room and the tiki bar!
Rent will be £625 per month plus bills which come to about £150 total pm (electricity, gas, WiFi and council tax), pop me a message for more details.
