Hiya all,

My flatmate is moving out and will be looking for a new tenant to take over her room. We are located right behind Abbeyhill/ Meadowbank Retail Park with bus routes at either side of us to get into town at approximately 5-10 mins (1,35, 19,34 and then London Rd is super close as well) and a 15-20 minute walk. Our rent just now is £630 each at around £140 ish for bills. If anyone is looking for a flat please reach out with a wee bit about yourself/ situation and I'll try my best to get back! Would ideally be looking for a professional around 22-28 for council tax reasons.

A bit about me: I'm originally from Toronto but am now here working full time. I am home most nights but love going out at the weekends/having wine nights at home.
Like my own space but like to hangout as well.
