Hello,

My flatmate is moving out 24/03 and will be looking for a new tenant to take over his room.

We are located in Craigentinny with convinent bus routes into the city proper. Our rent just now is £600 each and around £130 each for utilities and council tax. If anyone is looking for a flat please reach out with a bit about yourself!

I am 24 so would be hoping for someone also in their 20s or early 30s.

Shared bathroom, living space and kitchen, plenty of on street parking and a shared backyard.

A bit about me: I originally came here for uni but have since graduated and am now working. I do. a lot of outdoor activities like running, climbing, biking, etc. I love cooking and board games.

I like my own space but like to hangout as well.
