Our flatmate is graduating this year and will be leaving in May so we’re looking for someone to take a room starting from the 27th of May. The rent is £725 a month not including bills and wifi. It’s got 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms are pretty spacious. It’s located next to the bank of Scotland in Newington.

The current students living here are 3 medical students and a biomedical student at the University of Edinburgh. Flat is excellently located for easy travel all across Edinburgh (can get to RIE in 15 minutes)!
