Hi! I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room in a calm, cozy home.
A bit about the house:
There’s a sunny garden, a fireplace, and a shared living room where you can relax. The room itself is a double, but it currently has a single bed with a second pull-out bed underneath.
Important to know: I have two large mastiffs, so there will always be dog hair no matter how much I clean. Because of this, I’m really looking for someone who genuinely loves animals and is comfortable living with big dogs.
About me: I’m very calm and easygoing. I work full-time and study as well, so the house is usually quiet.
Lifestyle-wise: I’m vegetarian, so ideally I’d prefer someone who also doesn’t eat meat, or at least is mindful (for example, keeping windows open while cooking) to avoid strong smells in the house.
Location & transport:
There are trains that take about 10 minutes to get to the city centre, running every hour until 11pm, plus several bus lines nearby.
