We’re looking for a flatmate to join us in our lovely 3 bed flat in Greenpark, a quiet residential area in South Edinburgh. 😊

The flat is bright, spacious and fully furnished, with a large living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas hob, plenty of storage space and a shared bathroom.

The available room is a furnished double bedroom. The flat has gas central heating, double glazing and access to communal outdoor space.

The location is especially convenient for anyone studying or working around King’s Buildings or the Royal Infirmary and it’s only around 20 mins to the city center by bus. Bus routes nearby include 3, 8, 18, 29 and N3.

Aldi and Morrisons are both within easy walking distance and there is also a lovely park just downstairs 🌳

We have already paid the deposit for the flat and are hoping to find someone who can move in on 24 August.

You’ll be sharing with a quiet and friendly couple. I’m going into my fourth year engineering at the University of Edinburgh, and my boyfriend works full time. We’re both relaxed, respectful and tidy, and we’d love to find someone similar who is easy to live with and happy to keep the shared spaces clean.

We’ll also be getting a cat soon 🐱. We’ll take full responsibility for looking after her and keeping the communal areas clean, but it would be great if you’re comfortable living with a cat.
