Sunny sea view apartment, modern, comfortable, factored. It has wheel chair access, lift, underground parking and underfloor heating.
Situated in a tranquil, (no through traffic), eh5 next to Granton harbour, tram/bus stops near by and restaurants.
This is not a party flat, and if you like peaceful surroundings & simple home comforts, this should suit you well.
Granton harbour has a local Asda , coffee shops, cinema at ocean terminal, bars, restaurants; the beautiful cramond beach is near by too.
The Flat:
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; one ensuite

- very quiet neighbours
The Room:
- The room is a double, with great storage
- Bedding, bed linen & towels supplied;
We keep the flat very clean and tidy – our general approach is "clean as we go…"
We do not run a rota for cleaning - we simply clean up after ourselves, always scan for anything that needs cleaning, and proactively just "get it done" in the moment - "paying it forward" for the benefit of all.
About you:
Looking for a friendly, quiet, professional* lodger (21+ preferred) who is respectful, and likes a very clean, tidy and tranquil environment.
Non-smokers only please.
Rent will be reviewed at each 12 month point.
Availability, timeline:
Room available 25th March 2026.
Contract & references:
Two references required please: one from current employer; the other from current or previous landlord.
