Hello,

I am looking for a new flatmate as my flatmate is moving in with his partner!

The flat is a modern two bedroom duplex flat. In terms of location it's right near Newington and Holyrood park (excellent view of the crag from the window), 15 minutes to George Square, half an hour (or a speedy bus ride) to KB, 20 minutes to Princes street. There's a wee Tesco 5 mins walk away.

- lots of green about (and has a neighbourhood pheasant, dogs, and cats)

The flat is managed by Southside, so you'd need a reference however they do accept international guarantors!
Rent is currently £700 each (and won't increase with the new tenancy), bills come to about £50ish each a month.
The flat is council tax band B.

I'm generally very happy doing my own thing and am relatively quiet, but I enjoy having a flatmate I get along with for friendly catch ups in the flat! I'm happy to share my baking and board games collection :)

My current flatmate describes me as "My flatmate (who will become your flatmate) is a good egg and I've lived with her for 3 years. She is very respectful and communicative and can tell you all sorts of real fun animal facts!"
