Double Room Available – Trinity

We’re looking for someone to take over a spacious double bedroom in our home, as I'm going travelling (cycling to Turkey)

The house is in Newhaven. It’s well connected to the city centre with regular buses and the tram nearby. We’re next to the coast (some good wild swimming spots) and really close to the cycle paths (it usually takes me 15-20 mins to cycle to my office on Charlotte Square).

The house has a small front and back garden, which we enjoy using, especially in better weather. There's also a parking space that we don't use.

Council tax: £160 (it'll come down a little in April)
Wi-Fi: £15

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Chilled, respectful, and easy-going
- Happy to live communally and look after the space
