Looking to fill a double room in a 2 bedroom flat in Dalry (near Haymarket Station). The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, drawers, and a good size double wardrobe.

Move in mid-April/early-May (can be a bit flexible).

Rent is £700 per month, plus expenses (£114 each for council tax and about £50 each for wifi and power). Deposit of one month's rent.

The flat is a 2 minute walk to Haymarket, 30 minute walk to the city center, and really well connected by bus and tram.

You'd be living with me, a 30 year old female working in the public service. I moved to Edinburgh from New Zealand 1.5 years ago. I'm looking for someone who is tidy and respectful, has their own interests and hobbies, but is equally keen to have a social and homely environment. I enjoy getting out for walks and to the gym, regular pub quiz, having friends over for dinner parties, and I'm always on the hunt for a fun new hobby!
