The house is 4 bedroom 3 bath with a huge garden a gorgeous view of author seat and Craigmillar castle and a big driveway.
You can catch the 14,21,48 and 400 bus and the buses are frequent. We are also a walking distance from Royal Infirmary and 8 minute drive from Portobello beach. There is also a trail walk that leads to Author Seat.
I will save the home, garden and views for viewings.
This is a quite cul de sac community and me and my 9 year old son have been nothing more than amazed at the traditional neighbouring sense of the area. Everyone is kind.
I enjoy cooking, it’s what I like to spend my spare time doing so if you hate to cook this will be great for us both 😂 I do not charge for meals I give out of course so they won’t be no extra charge, just yumminess and someone to appreciate my creations.
Looking for someone who can keep their spaces tidy and meet rent on time as I have had previous issues with this. And just general lovely personality. I’m outgoing but I love my own space. I spend my time cooking drinking wine and researching stuff to do with botanic, a, mental health, cognitive structures etc. I love my own space but also a good chat so I can fit with any type of personality.
