The house is situated in beautiful countryside and is part of a farm so has sprawling fields. It is not on a bus route so your own transport is necessary. Gorebridge Train Station is a 5 minute drive away. Local amenities are found in Dalkeith and Eskbank with Musselburgh around a 15minute drive should you fancy a trip to the harbour or beach.

Ability to bring a horse if you have one - at extra cost.
