Me and my brother currently live in this flat but feel it has the potential for another kind and friendly person to join.

I am 22 year old student, who would love to share the flat with another person who is also on a similar path to me. You would be sharing a newly redecorated bathroom with me, I am quite vigilant with it being super clean, and the flat in general being kept tidy and making it cosy.

My brother is 32 years old and works in Recruitment Monday to Friday. He is also clean and tidy, and very welcoming.
