Hello! We are two 20s professionals (Matthew + Hannah) looking for somebody to take over a tenancy from our ex-flatmate.
It is a single room with a cupboard, we all share a living room+kitchen open space with a balcony.
Transport in the area is great as there are plenty of buses around, plus there are many amenities within walking distance and the city centre is only a 30 minute walk away.
The flat is council tax band E.
We are ideally looking for somebody who respects shared our shared spaces and doesn't mind a bit of after work chitchat. Happy to arrange viewings and explain any questions you might have!
