Spare double room with built in wardrobe available in top floor flat.

Buses to and from city centre run from the main road and further stops 10-15mins walk in either direction hold more bus routes. Situated between westerhailes plaza and longstone bus terminus giving access to most bus routes.

WiFi and TV with Sky, if requested the spare room can get its own sky box for TV access at no additional cost.
Currently the room has a sofabed, wall mounted mirror, cupboard unit, curtains and an ethernet cable for wired internet access. The built in wardrobe has a chest of drawers and a railing.
The rest of the flat is fully furnished with my own belongings, care and respect of this is appreciated.
Other than the hall, bathroom and kitchen all the other lights are controlled by Alexa. There are Alexa devices in every room for convenience and a ring doorbell for security.
The stair is pretty quiet for the most part unless someone is moving. The stair is also very secure, the postie often leaves my parcels just at the door and I've never had an issue even if I've been gone for 20hrs out of the day.
There is additional secure storage in the stair cupboard shared between two flats, this is perfect if you have a bike or something that you don't need to have inside the flat.
There is a dish washer, washer&dryer, all the regular white goods of a kitchen plus additionals (air fryer, rice cooker etc), shower over bath, large livingroom with TV and couch.

I have two cats, one male - Ashes from the profile picture and a black female - Seelie. Unfortunately this means I can't take anyone with furry pets of their own, though I would consider someone with a tank/caged animal (fish, reptiles etc)
The third "room" is an office space and the cats domain, climbing trees and litter trays are in there, although the cats do have free reign of the house other than the bathroom - Ashes has destroyed a lot of toilet roll in the past, but if someone is in there he acts like butter wouldn't melt.
Ashes is skittish at first but once he warms up to you he'll want your attention (and food) all the time. He doesn't mind being picked up for cuddles.
Seelie is brave but shy so she'll come say hi but might not stay around if you move when she's not expecting it. She's not keen on being picked up for cuddles, but is happy to be placed somewhere else in a timely manner before her sharp back paws come up and tell you to stop. She loves attention and will, at a respectful distance, watch you eat hoping you drop a bit by accident.

I am respectful in regards to noise during the day/night and would like the same curtousy although I don't expect silence.
I work days so someone who also works days would be better but willing to consider someone that works nights.

I am a bit of a home body, because my cats are better company, but I do enjoy going out from time to time and spending time with friends.
I love to cook and wouldn't mind having company for meal times. Although sometimes if work has been rough I just want to eat in bed and decompress.
Love to have a sing and dance whilst cooking and cleaning.

This is a non smoking flat but vaping fine.
