I am looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful. We are a friendly family of 3 (Mom, one 21 y and one 15 y) with two cats and a dog. Located in Leith Links, across from the park. The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair, and fridge. Amenities include a shared shower room (mostly yours) and access to a kitchen within agreed hours. The area is well connected with buses and tram. Direct bus for the University of Edinburgh and Fringe venues. There are supermarkets in walking distance such as Tesco, Lidl and plenty restaurants.
