Hi there! My name is Joe and I’m a 24-year old professional working in the public sector. I currently live in a 2-bed flat with my flatmate. My flatmate is moving out in mid-late April (exact date TBC) so I’m looking for someone to take over their room.
The room is a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. The flat itself is a furnished 2-bed flat with a living room/dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom. There’s also an allocated parking space which the new tenant would be free to use. The flat is located on a side street 2 minutes off Leith Walk so there’s good bus and tram routes to the City Centre, and it’s half an hour walk to Waverley - dreamy location basically! In terms of other stuff you need to know, the council tax band is Band D, the deposit would be £775, and the EPC rating is C.
The landlord’s looking for someone who doesn’t smoke and doesn’t have pets. I’m also looking to live with someone I get along with well who’s clean, tidy and friendly. In terms of my interests, I’m big into art, writing, trying new things (trying acting classes at the moment!), listening to music/going to gigs, and hanging out with mates - if any of those strike your fancy that’s great, but I’m also not looking for my twin so feel free to reach out even if your interests are different haha. Thanks!
