My name is Beer and my roommate will be moving out of our flat on the 28th of April. I work as a Recovery worker and do DJing and music production on the side. In my spare time I like to go outside, do yoga and pilates, and go to gigs.

I'm looking for a new tenant starting from the 28th of April for long-term rent. The room has it's own bathroom and is fully furnished (except from the white shelf in the picture).

I would prefer a roommate that is tidy and at the end of their studies/working full-time.

The council tax band is D which comes to about 100 pounds pp per month.
