Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my room on South Clerk Street (right by the meadows) starting mid-June.

The rooms are large, quiet (facing away from the road). Bills and wifi aren’t included, and average out to £39 and £6.50 per person per month.

You would be living with two friendly and tidy postgraduate students (Ecology and Poetry), so ideally looking for other post grads. There isn’t a living room, but there is a box room with a couch. There is one bathroom shared amongst everyone. This flat would be a particularly good match for students looking to stay In Edinburgh for the duration of summer, or people finishing their masters degree! Looking for someone who can stay minimum June to September.
