We are a friendly family of 4 who live in a large house in Trinity, who have a good sized room to let out. Large King sized bed, TV/Video, Internet and shared newly installed bathroom/shower with one other. Moderately sized garden and big kitchen and a cleaner ! Very near to shops and other amenities, and buses in to town run every 5 - 10 mins ( 3 buses ). 9,11 and 23.

We are ideally looking for a mature student ( possibly studying for a PHD ) or professional, a female, who is a clean, happy, honest individual. Very sadly our lovely lodger Jenni from Taiwan has returned home so we are looking to replace her.
