We have 2 spacious rooms coming available in a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom flat near causewayside, EH89PT. Both rooms are going for 750/month and bills are around 50/month. Bedroom 2 is available right away for a long-term let. Bedroom 1 is available for a sublet from 24 of March - 17 of July. Anyone is welcome, but please be aware if you are taking the long term room and are not a student that it is a band E property for council tax (but you will have I think a 25% discount because the rest of the tenants are students I believe.)

The existing tenants are Ph. D. students in Biology, Chemistry, and Machine Learning. We are very nice, relaxed, and try to keep the common areas tidy. We also tend to be pretty busy. The photobomber in the pictures is my cat Dog, who is very cuddly :).

I will be in Japan for the duration of the sublet for an internship, and will be asking for help taking care of Dog while I'm away. Of coarse, I'll cover all costs related to this. The sublet room will also come with a gaming PC and an upright piano that I got moved in that are both free to be used while you're there 😊.
