About us 👯‍♀️:
I am away home for a month and looking to sublet my room! You’ll be living with my flatmate Alex, who is 24 and works full time in hospitality. We are both pretty social and have dinner/watch movies together when we can, go to the pub and play pool, go for walks around leith. I think she’d like to fill the gap im leaving behind whilst im gone 💔🥲. We are clean and tidy but not super neat freaks so leaving the occasional plate out is fine.

About you 🫵:
Ideally looking for women / non binary folk but open to anyone who is sound really. If you also have similar lifestyle it’s an added bonus but obviously it’s just a short term sublet so not a big deal if you and Alex aren’t going to be best friends.

About the flat 🏠:
You’d be living in the larger of two rooms with a beautiful shared living room and kitchen. Students welcome but you need to be willing to pay council tax. Rent is £680, council tax £88 (band B and split between two), gas electric and wifi comes out to around £40/month.
