I am a 36-year-old professional looking for an easy going and peaceful female flatmate.

Double room with a separate bathroom for your own use to rent on Shandon in the city centre (new building with a lift). 5min walk to Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury's. buses nearby and 25min walk to Haymarket/Fountain Park.

It is just myself in the flat so we will be sharing a kitchen and living room together. The minimum length of stay is 6 months. Only clean, positive and reliable person, please.
