Hey! I’ve got a lovely room becoming available in Newington as my flatmate is moving out in June 😊
I’m looking for someone very clean and respectful. Ideally veggie/vegan as I’m vegetarian myself.
A few details:
- If you’re working, you’d need to cover council tax (I’m a PhD student).
- Rent is what we currently pay, but might change slightly with a new contract
- The bed comes with a mattress (photos were taken before we moved in)
- I’m not the landlord, just looking for a new flatmate
- Move-in would be June or July
