Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my Bronze Studio at iQ Grove, Edinburgh through the official tenancy takeover process.

I’m only moving out because I’ll be going back to China for an internship, so I’m hoping to pass this lovely room on to another student at a lower price. I’ve lived here for more than half a year and honestly really liked it — it’s been a quiet, comfortable, and convenient place to live.

The location is super convenient for both study and daily life:

• Around 20 minutes’ walk to George Square campus
• Close to shops, supermarkets, and several bus stops
• Easy access to most parts of Edinburgh by bus
• Convenient for travelling around Edinburgh and to other cities in Scotland as well

Tenancy Takeover Process

This will be done through the official iQ Grove tenancy takeover process, so everything is formal and secure. The new tenant will sign the contract directly with iQ.

The official website price is currently £316/week, and my contract price is £310/week. During the contract process, the rent will stay at the contract price, and I will refund the difference separately after signing, so the effective price is £245/week.

If you’re happy to take over the full tenancy period, the price can still be discussed.
