Large NEW King sized bed, TV/Video, Internet and shared newly installed bathroom/shower with one other. Moderately sized garden and big kitchen and a cleaner ! Very near to shops and other amenities, and buses in to town run every 5 - 10 mins ( 3 buses ). 9,11 and 23.
We are ideally looking for a mature student ( possibly studying for a PHD or a student on a semester a professional, female, who is a clean, happy, honest individual.
