Room becoming available in my Lochend flat 8th June 2026. I am based in Australia.

FLATMATE:

You will be living with a 32-year-old professional Prashant. He's easy going, quiet, clean and tidy.

ABOUT THE FLAT:
The flat is a furnished modern 2 bedroom based just on the border of Leith and Lochend with a shared living room and shared bathroom (shower & bath combo). Amenities include TV, broadband, usual kitchen amenities such as microwave, kettle, airfryer, etc. There is parking on site. Great location, 20 minute walk into city centre.

Cost is £725 per room pcm.

Broadband included in rent. Energy bills are around £50-£60pcm.

Deposit would be placed in a deposit scheme and you would have a point of contact in Leith for any issues with the flat, although everything is insured and no issues since I've had the flat from 2021.
