Double bedroom available in comely bank, fully furnished. A 5 minute walk to Stockbridge with multiple bus routes on door step.

I am looking for someone to stay for any duration until May 1st. Please do reach out and we can discuss rent/ bills depending on the duration of your stay, I can be flexible.

I am currently in the process of doing some painting and panelling though this shouldn’t disturb the house and of course will make it look more homely.

I currently work from the office four days a week and am university one day a week, on the weekends I am usually out on walks, for a coffee or some food. I enjoy a nice chilled evening at home however can be tempted with a dinner or pub outing.

I do have a working cocker spaniel who might be at the flat some weekends, this can be discussed if an issue.
