Self contained, spacious 1 double bedroom annex, which forms part of our 3 bedroom bungalow.

The accomodation includes: a double bedroom with ensuite, a large open plan kitchen / living / dining area, and shared use of the front garden and side sheltered courtyard. It is fully furnished. Parking is free on street parking and readily available in our quiet residential street.

All bills are included (based upon existing energy use that has been stable for over 5 years for our household of 3 - annex lodger plus my son and I). Energy use is monitored using the household smart meter. Regular maintenance checks are made to ensure a good standard of maintenance for the annex.

A cleaning service is available as an additional charge should the lodger not have time to maintain the annex to a reasonable standard of cleanliness themselves. Additionally a practically minded person, with skills in house maintenance, may be able to negotiate a slightly different price in exchange for a small amount of regular maintenance work.

I live in the adjacent, but separate part of the bungalow with my son and JR dog. We are a quiet and amenable household and would welcome a quiet and amenable, professional lodger.

Prospective lodgers must be non smoking and have good references.
