I am looking for a flatmate who can move into the second bedroom of my flat. The flat is in a perfect residential area 12-13 minutes from the city centre. The bus stop and the tram station are 5 minutes away from the house. There is a tesco express near our flat (5mins).
The toilet is newly furbished and the kitchen storage space is also great.
The flat has 2 toilets.

We also have a parking space available if needed. The living room has a lot of space and is wellfurnished.
I am looking for someone who can maintain the flat in good condition. The bills are included in the rent.
