Hi!

I’m looking for a friendly and easy going flatmate to share this flat with me. I moved in a year ago and have really enjoyed making it feel like home. My current flatmate is now leaving Edinburgh, so I’m excited to find someone new to join me.

The room comes with a brand new mattress, and the whole flat has been recently painted, so everything feels fresh and welcoming. We also have a brand new washing machine and dryer, a modernised electrical system, and the location is honestly ideal. It is just a ten minute walk to both Tesco and Lidl, and around five to ten minutes to the tram stop on McDonald Road. It is super convenient for getting into the city centre and around Edinburgh.

A little about me. I am a working professional who likes to keep the flat clean and cosy. It is not a party flat as I really enjoy a peaceful home, and I am always up for a chat, a relaxed evening, or sharing the occasional meal. I enjoy sports, seeing friends, and travelling when I can. I really value that balance between being social and respecting each other’s space and quiet time.
