Hi there!

My lovely flatmates are moving out so I'm looking for people to fill their two double rooms.

The flat is a three bedroom flat located in Bruntsfield and you'd be living with a 30y/o professional queer woman. We currently share some groceries, enjoy a chat while cooking, and occasionally have flat meals.

Typical tenement flat on second floor with decent sized kitchen, no living room, single glazing, shared garden. Quiet side street near the big Tesco and lots of bus routes. The smaller bedroom has a garden view, the larger bedroom has sunny bow windows and a couch and a walk-in closet.

Rent is respectively £570pcm for the smaller bedroom, and £630pcm for the larger bedroom.
Council Tax (Band E) + bills add up to around £150 per month per person.
