The house itself is bungalow, it is large & very spacious, good size rooms, large garden & driveway for a car.
The house is in a really good area, it is quiet with great neighbours. 5 minute walk from local shops, small Tescos, cafes, post office, leisure centre.
5 minute drive from the motorway which leads to all major cities.
Also good transport links to city centre & beyond.

Myself I am easy going, easy to live with, have a great support network.
I am away from home a lot of weekends & I travel a lot so on many occasions you will have the house to yourself. I have been lodger & landlord so I know both sides.
Really looking for someone who primarily is looking for digs, (ie) someone who has there own place, life, family, girlfriend or boyfriend, someone who doesn’t want or need to be in my house 24/7, I’m willing to come & go with this, just not looking for someone who wants to be in my home 24/7.
