Looking for a cozy and well-connected place to stay? We have a bright and spacious double bedroom available on the 2nd floor of our lovely mid-terrace home, located in the beautiful and peaceful Comely Bank area.

We're lucky to be just a 1-minute walk from a bus stop with direct links to the city centre, or if you prefer a stroll, it's only a 15-minute walk into town! Plus, we're near some of Edinburgh’s best spots like the lush Inverleith Park, the picturesque Stockbridge, and a short hop away from the Botanical Gardens—perfect for weekend wanderings.

The house is shared with a friendly family, including two schoolish-aged boys (13 and 18), though the younger one will mostly be away. Depending on their travel schedule, one or both parents will be around. We also share the space with two gorgeous white cats, so cat-lovers are especially welcome!

You’ll have access to a shared bathroom/showerrooms, kitchen, and lounge area. If you’re musical, we’re happy to offer access to a piano room too.

Rent includes all bills, fast broadband, and council tax. It's a warm, welcoming home—perfect for someone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected base in Edinburgh.
