Hello! Looking for a flatmate to rent the double bedroom in my flat. The location is incredibly central, and is ideal for students, with Edinburgh Uni central campus less than a 15 minute walk, Edinburgh college of art next door, and a short 5 minute walk to the meadows. There are tonnes of local amenities, with busy Lothian road and the grassmarket less than 5 minutes away.
Ideally I am looking for another student to move in so due to council tax reasons.
The flat is quiet, cosy, and has a shared rooftop terrace. The room comes fully furnished, with a desk, bed and clothes rack, as in picture. There is also room for under bed storage.
