Hi! I’m an English 26-year-old undergraduate student going into my final-year studying Music at the University of Edinburgh.
LOCATION
I am looking for a friendly (ideally) female flatmate to move into a lovely and bright, cosy two-bedroom flat in Buccleuch Terrace, North Newington, right next to the Meadows and George Square. The flat is in a great central location with excellent transport links, and is very energy efficient so bills are low (around £50). It is on the fourth floor.
RENT is £700 per month (excluding bills)
THE FLAT

Queen sized bed.
Storage: chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, optional desk, room for underbed storage. East facing wardrobe with double glazing.
KITCHEN, LIVING AND DINING ROOM
Washer dryer and fridge are behind and built in cabinet. Conductor hob oven.
Flat is recently refurbished from 2020-2021.

The property is in Council Tax Band B but but students preferred unless young professional willing to pay 75% of council tax (~£100).
ABOUT ME
I'm originally from the South West of England. I tend to be at campus during the day through the week. Outside of that, you'll probably find me playing violin in orchestra, playing tennis, at church or spending time with friends and having an early night in watching The Traitors!
LOOKING FOR
I looking for someone kind, considerate, and easy-going to share with for 1-2 YEARS. Looking for someone who enjoys a chat and the occassional cosy night in watching TV or having dinner but also is happy doing their own thing and having some alone time. I am also looking for someone who has experience living in a flatshare before, cleans their bedroom regularly, is happy to share the cleaning of the shared spaces (small flat) and and looks after the flat and treat it like a home :).
Ideally a student (council tax) such as a postgrad as I am a bit older or young professional (around 23–30) at a similar life stage.
Minimum term: 1 year (till end of August 2027).
Move-in: from weekend of 11th July. Holding viewings this coming week. Message me if you're interested!
