Hello! Anna and I are looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely and well-maintained flat located in Leith, close to The Shore. The area is well connected and full of shops, restaurants, and public transport options. The flat is rented through an agency.

You will be sharing the flat with Anna, a 36-year-old woman from Greece, currently studying psychology. She is very kind, calm, and loves reading. Anna has her own en-suite bathroom, so the main bathroom will be used exclusively by the new tenant.

We are looking for a quiet, clean and respectful person, ideally aged between 28 and 38. A student is preferred, as Anna is exempt from council tax. However, professionals are welcome as long as they are willing to cover the council tax costs on their own. This is a peaceful home, so absolutely no party animal.

Move-in date: I'm talking to the agency in order to see what earliest new lease starting day could be, the latest date should be around 3rd June anyway. The minimum stay is 6 months but ideally looking for someone long term.
