Flat is 20 mins walk to Uphall station and it’s only 20 mins on the train to Edinburgh and 55 mins to Glasgow.

I’m a 42 year old professional woman who splits her time between Scotland and London - although I’m likely to be in London more so you’ll have the place to yourself a fair bit. have a spacious 3 bed flat with parking, huge garden, lovely decking and private parking space.

I am also renting the other small double room shortly so if you are friends looking to rent together this could work. Or for a couple who want a spare room - open to discussing price around that.

My wife lives in London and visits roughly once a month.

I’m a busy person but love to cook, run, go to the gym, sketch/paint, play music, go to the theatre and I travel a lot. When I’m home I’m usually relaxing or doing bits of gardening and DIY- I’ve done a lot to to my property over the last 4 years!

The kitchen and bathroom are shared but a good size and the property also benefits from huge storage with a massive loft that’s fairly easy to access if you have stuff you want to store.

There’s a lovely local pub/ bistro at the end of the road, great local shops and lots of fabulous countryside and walks. The garden is massive for a flat - think small 5 a side football pitch! As the flats are old shale mining worker properties so have great historic features. It’s gorgeous in the summer as it’s surrounded by trees and you genuinely feel you’re in the middle of nowhere.

I’m an open minded person and interested in having a person/ people who will be tidy, clean, look after the place and hopefully enjoy it as much as I do.
