A beautiful fully furnished double room for rent in the centre of Kirkliston. Everything is refurbished to a very high standard. There's a large open plan kitchen and living room with all the usual amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer) lots of light and view to garden. A separate shower room and toilet with electric shower. The bedroom is fully furnished with an inbuilt wardrobe, a double bed and side chest of drawer.

Dalmeny train station is a short 10 min drive and trains to Waverley are frequent. You can be in Edinburgh in 20 mins. Airport is only 15 mins away. Buses from Kirkliston to City centre, Gyle and Livingston are very frequent.


Looking for someone who can keep the room and communal places clean and tidy and treat it like their home. A weekly clean of the room and the bathroom is compulsory. We definitely want someone that's going to treat us and our home with the same respect we treat you.

I stay with my 7 year old boy at home. Sometimes we travel and be away for days and need someone to take care of house and garden while we are away. Usually prefer quieter time from 9pm as my boy goes to sleep early.

There are very good walks nearby and lots of outdoor space for walks.
