The two other rooms are currently occupied by working professionals. Therefore you will be sharing the apartment with these two flatmates (one tenant per room).

The flat is in Meadowbank, nice area on a mean avenue between the city centre and Portobello which offers you bars, restaurants, shops, etc., yet the flat and the sourrondings are very quiet.

Large supermarket 5 min by walk.
Holyrood Park 5 min by walk.
Portobello Beach 20 min by walk.

There are different ways you can get to the city centre by walk, through Holyrood park is my favourite, and the property is very well communicated with plenty (also night) bus lines just downstairs that will do the same in a very short ride on bus.

The flat has been renovated, is fully furnished and fully equiped, just as you can see on the photos, even with a pc connected to the TV and a nice coffe machine if you are a coffe lover ☺️
