Double furnished room for rent in corstorphine area, close to tram and bus links, only takes 25 minutes by bus to get to the city centre.

£650 per month including bills which does include broadband and full tv package.

Looking for someone clean, respectable, someone that is used to living with other people. This is not a party flat so all nighters please don’t apply. Live in landlord situation but I’m pretty chiIl, I work full time but generally at home most evenings. Only agreeing to 6 months max initially but that is extendable if we get on well living together.

I do have a 7 year old female cat called Lulu. She’s very chilled out, doesn’t scratch furniture or anything like that. She can be quite timid around new people but cute and affectionate after getting to know people.
