It’s fully furnished , nice double bed with memory foam mattress, build in wardrobe, a desk , chest of drawers. The private bathroom is a nice big size with a shower cubicle. The flat has a broadband, fully equipped kitchen and is perfect for a student. The flat is located 5 minutes away from Leith Links park with a good access to the pubs, cafes, shops and bus stops. Portobello beach is 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes on the bus. Pure gym is located 10 minutes walk at Ocean Terminal shopping centre, 5 minutes walk to get to Victoria baths at Edinburgh Leisure Centre, Lidl, Tesco , Sainsbury’s , post offices all located within 5-10 min walk.
I am a friendly and an outgoing person with whom you will be sharing. You have to be a person who loves animals.

Utility bills are shared (if the monthly bill is over the normal limit).
As a full-time student you don’t have to pay a council tax.
The room is perfect for one person and not for a couple (I feel more comfortable sharing with females; living room with limited access only).
