The Ocean room is quite spacious, with a mirror-face wardrobe, a table, a chair, and a bench. It is themed as Ocean and faces the southeast.

The forest room is a bit smaller, with a comfy double-chair, a table, a chair.
Both rooms face the Southeast and are endowed with plenty of sunshine.

These are two double rooms available in a 3-bed 1-bath property, which is in a 4-flat building in a quiet neighbourhood. Neighbours are nice I moved in last October and now I am finally ready to share one or two spare rooms with the right people. Currently it is just me and no other flatmates. I love plants, nature and will often be outdoors if not working.

I am the live-in landlord, a Big 4 professional, working at home at the attic level most of the time and also sleep there.
I am a Chinese citizen, settled in the UK.
My work is often busy and will appreciate someone reasonable, matured, and who will clean up after themselves. I am quite chilled, cheerful and empathetic.

My 2-year-old tuxedo cat, Mao, is the true master in this property. He is a gentle man, super friendly and nice. He also goes outdoors a lot.

I would love hanging out sometimes but also respect personal border and independence and privacy.
