Looking for a sociable flatmate to join me in a lovely 2 bed flat in the heart of Edinburgh, available from mid January. Postgraduate students only please for council tax purposes. The flat is located in Marchmont just a 2 min walk to the Meadows and 10-15 min walk into the city centre. There is a Scotmid 2 min walk away and many shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
The flat is bright and spacious, with a large kitchen and living space. The large bedroom is a double room with plenty of storage space.
My name is Katie, I’m 23 and I moved to Edinburgh this September. I am studying for a PhD in Inflammation and work Mon-Fri, 9-5. I really enjoy living in the flat and would like a friendly flatmate to hang out with after work and during weekends, whilst respecting each other’s space and maintaining a clean flat. I enjoy cooking, watching Netflix, listening to music, going to bars and a glass of wine or two!
Rent is £485pcm including WiFi. Gas and electric bills are approx. £30pcm.
