Here we have my lovely room in our Milton Street flat share. The room is spacious with a desk and large double bed. It is bright, with a tall window providing great light throughout the day.

The flat is situated a couple if streets back from parliament, in a safe and quiet area. The street is very clean, with views of Arthur's seat. The end of the road leads onto Holyrood Park, excellent for walks. On street parking is free, and often easy to get a space.

The flat is always warm, even without heating. The bathroom has just been renovated and the shower is excellent. Water quality of the flat is also very good. The floors are mostly wood, which is also warming. The kitchen is large, comes with a full set of la cruset owned by the flat. It includes a TV, with licence and online streaming.

The current tenant, Bethannie, is a perfect flatmate. Clean, quiet and friendly.

This flat is only available until September 1st.
