We are looking for a new flatmate for a cosy double room with access to a roof terrace.

The flat has a large and newly fitted kitchen with a window seat area and all kitchen amenities (cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer). We are a very communal flat so all food and general expenses are shared - we would love it if you are down for this too!

No cleaning rotas and we don't mind a little bit of mess - we all chip in when bins need emptied, communal areas need tidied up etc. We've no issues with having people come to visit and stay over, but please give us a heads up on the group chat as some of us are up very early in the mornings!

The room itself is a great size. It's very warm and faces away from the road so also peaceful. Bills are approx. £30 p/m plus Council Tax is £45. Sorry, no students unless you're happy to pay your share!

The area is lovely - it's a short walk to Blackford Hill, about 10 minutes from Meadows and 15 min walk from Cameron Toll as well as near some good pubs, Tesco, Sainsbury's. Margiotta's is (literally) downstairs.

As we all work different hours we respect the need for tidiness, quiet and privacy. Ideally looking for someone social who enjoys hanging out to cook, chill with some drinks and movies on the projector in the kitchen area but respects the need for privacy from time to time.

Preferably looking for a guy to move in with us to keep the balance (2 males and 2 females) and someone to stay in the flat long-term but if you feel you'd be a good fit in our home please apply!
