Hello,
I have a room to rent in the centre of Edinburgh City centre, which is located next to the Royal Mile, near the castle. You can't get anymore central.
The room has a sofa bed which is suitable for 1 person. There's a study desk and vanity, and large walk in wardrobe.
There's a modern bathroom with automatic hot water, kitchen with all mod cons. Great high speed WiFi.
I offer food for an extra £100 per week. This includes ingredients to make breakfast and lots in the fridge for lunch. Also a fully prepared dinner to your liking. You'll have access to an abundance of food.
Also the apartment's communal areas are cleaned for you.
Please note that I'm on the third floor.
The room is £450 per week.
