Hey! I have a spare room available in this cute two bedroom apartment only 15 minute walk to the Royal Mile.

I am 23y/o , starting my architecture masters at UoE in September so looking for someone in a similar situation. My parents have recently bought this property which I will be renting from them whilst I am here. They are ‘doing it up’ this summer so it will be ready to move into before the semester begins (hence why the photographs aren’t great - I promise it’ll look better once it is finished).

I would love to live with someone a similar age and interests so we can hang out, explore the city, go to bars and binge watch Netflix together. Basically a new bestie:)

It is a decent sized room with a few bits of furniture and an ensuite. The flat has a massive living area, bathroom, kitchen and garden.
