Hello!

My current flat mate has moved out and I am looking for someone to fill the gap immediately!

I am Owen, I am Canadian, I'm very chill /easygoing and I go to school for film production as well as work part-time in a gastro pub.

In the summer months I rent the entire flat out on Airbnb, and so that is why this is only a temporary availability.

There is a shared kitchen, and bathroom, both are modern and well equipped. There is also a tumble dryer to make life a bit easier! The room looks out onto the Royal Mile and has a great view of Calton Hill!

As there is NO SHARED LOUNGE :(, this would be most suitable for somebody who is a gamer, or who works or studies a lot, as again, there is no shared lounge.

That is not to say I'm a total recluse, I am happy to open my door to socialize over a drink from time to time or just chill, but for the most part the situation is about respecting each others' privacy :).

The room can have a desk (not pictured in the photo), and has plenty of wardrobe and shelving space, anything else you feel you may need can potentially be arranged.

Bills included would be council tax, electricity, heat, water, insurance, as well as high-speed broadband.
